When you purchase our software, you will also purchase one year of our Technical Support Service Contract. The support contract can be renewed on an annual basis, and it includes all of the following services:

By using pcAnywhere or GoToMyPC connection, a highly qualified Support Analyst can access your data through the Internet. This means prompt and effective resolution of your technical support questions.

Free System Upgrades

We are always improving our software, hence there will be upgrades available for our customers all the time. Upgrades are released in the form of a service pack for Standard and Lite customer, or through our LiveUpdate server for our Platinum customers.
