Able Software has released enhanced capabilities for the exporting of Bank Draft files from the Utility Star system. Utility Star now supports the utilization of various filters (customer account parameters) for Bank Draft file exports. System users may now specify which company, billing cycle and bill dates as filters to select and include specific customer groups for exporting from Utility Star.
1. System users should make sure their Utility Star system has been updated to version 9.9.228 or higher.
2. Go to “Company -> Billing Assistant -> Bank Draft”. You’ll see a filter for Account Status Codes has been added to the right hand portion of the “Create Bank Draft PPD File” screen. Utility Star system users may select one or more of the various options, as desired.
3. Please select “Apply” after setting required fields for exporting the Bank Draft File.
