Starting in early 2000, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission first implemented the Utility Star Standard and after a few years we upgraded to the Utility Star Platinum. In late 2015, we have upgraded to your Utility Star Enterprise CIS platform. Given the uniqueness and complexity of the SFPUC’s requirements for electric billing, collection and customer care, the Utility Star solution has served the SFPUC and its electric customers very well; it has proved to be a valued product for the SFPUC.
Since we upgraded to the Utility Star Enterprise, its web-based system has proven to be flexible, reliable, and cost effective for SFPUC. The reporting engine has been helpful for extracting the necessary information we require. Being able to access the system via the web has been a major improvement.
Most importantly, my staff and I greatly appreciate the quick response and support from Able Software support team whenever w e reach out for assistance. It has been a great pleasure working with you, Garth, and your technical team. Your flexibility, cooperation, and consistent willingness to accommodate any special requests and/or requirements is greatly appreciated.

Calculating and printing bills are much faster and better than the old versions. Customer support is OUTSTANDING! Really professional and helpful support group.
