Utility Star Platinum Edition is ASC’s premier CIS/Billing system developed specifically for the Utility Industry. ASC is constantly adding new software functions and new features for improved software capabilities. Utility Star Platinum was developed using Visual Basic’s 2005 programming language and it’s congruent with Microsoft SQL Database platform.
